For over 25 years, Chelsea McDonald has been facilitating a restorative safe-place for clients from all places in life to come and find healing. Chelsea uses a unique approach to therapy by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neuroscience, as well as a Biblical Approach to life’s challenges. With a unique background in Cultural Anthropology, Counseling Psychology, and Ancient Hebraic Studies, Chelsea has a wealth of knowledge and experience helping her clients overcome issues ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, learning disabilities, marriage challenges, and other conflicts in which she specializes in using a holistic approach by walking along side and equipping along the way.
One hour sessions in office or online are available.

Anxiety Disorders, OCD, PTSD, Stress, Depression, Suicide, Complex Trauma, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, School issues, Parenting, Marriage, Divorce, Relational Issues, Sexual Issues, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Grief, and Spiritual Issues.
Experience
Prior experience in rehab, department of Juvenile justice, prevention of child abuse, psychiatric, teaching, adjunct professor, speaking engagements, awareness training (sexual abuse, domestic violence, suicide and more)
Education
Masters in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University with an undergraduate in Cultural Anthropology from Florida Atlantic University
